Pneumatic Actuated Valves

Pneumatic actuated valves are used to control the fluid passing on the line. These valves can be adjusted as single or double acting in various types.

Description

Pneumatic actuated valves are used to control the fluid passing on the line. These valves can be adjusted as single or double acting in various types. Limit switch box, positioner, namur solenoid valve can be installed upon request. When it is desired to be used as a single acting, a single action spring directly coupled is installed on the Kinetrol actuator.

It can be mounted on butterfly valves or other types of valves. Following the selection of the appropriate valve based on customer demand, the required torque requirement is determined and the appropriate actuator model is selected. In addition, the properties of the valves are determined according to the type of fluid passing on the line.

Kinetrol can select, supply and actuate ball, butterfly and plug valves from across the industry or mount free issue valves to Kinetrol actuators and control units for either on / off or modulating valve service.

With over 50 years of valve automation experience Kinetrol can also offer a wide range of engineered and customised packages including assemblies which are SIL rated and/or fully compliant with ATEX, NEC or IEC requirements.

Actuated valves consist of a valve and an actuator, often manufactured by 2 different manufacturers and will often require a bracket and coupling to assemble them. The expectations and requirements of the person assembling these units still appears to be widely misunderstood. For your enquires, you can contact Mor Endüstri Ltd. – Kinetrol Turkey.
