Description
The working principle of filter dedusting systems are bag filters that automatically clean themselves continuously. Every filter bag is shaken and cleaned periodically with a high pressure air spray from a compressed air tank. Compressed blast air is distributed to each row of filter bags through a diaphragm valve and blow tube equipped with perforated nozzles. The high pressure air reverse flow temporarily stops its normal flow and creates a shock wave that will steal dust from each bag surface. A certain percentage of the dust cake falls from the bag into the filter dust collection chamber. It is normal for some dust to stick to the jet pulse filter bag surfaces.
