Vibrating Screen
Vibrating screen is used in cement industry for seaving of the materials such as cement, clinker, shredded limestone etc. It uses a motor as the vibration source, which make the material jump in straight line on the screen surface.

Description
Vibrating screen is used in cement industry for seaving of the materials such as cement, clinker, shredded limestone etc. Coarse materials are slid through the sieve gauze and poured into the gravel bag, while fine materials pass through the pores of the gauze and are poured from the pouring gate and thus the material is eliminated. The drive shaft is connected to the electric motor with V-belt.
It uses a motor as the vibration source, which make the material jump in straight line on the screen surface, material evenly go into the feed port of linear vibrating screen from the feeding machine, generating multiple materials through the multilayer rectangular vibrating screen and be discharged from each outlets.
