Pneumatic Actuated Butterfly Valve

Pneumatic actuated butterfly valves are used to control the fluid passing on the line. Butterfly valves can be adjusted as single or double acting in various types.

REFERENCES Where to use

Description

Pneumatic actuated butterfly valves are used to control the fluid passing on the line. Butterfly valves can be adjusted as single or double acting in various types. Limit switch box, positioner, namur solenoid valve can be installed upon request. When it is desired to be used as a single acting, a single action spring directly coupled is installed on the Kinetrol actuator.

It can be mounted on butterfly valves or other types of valves. Following the selection of the appropriate valve based on customer demand, the required torque requirement is determined and the appropriate actuator model is selected. In addition, the properties of the valves are determined according to the type of fluid passing on the line. Pneumatic actuated butterfly valves are preferred thanks to its long term resistance and low cost maintenance.

Pneumatic actuated butterfly valves consist of a valve and an actuator, often manufactured by 2 different manufacturers and will often require a bracket and coupling to assemble them. The expectations and requirements of the person assembling these units still appears to be widely misunderstood. For your enquires, you can contact Mor Endüstri Ltd. – Kinetrol Turkey.
